India is possibly the worst place to drive any car, let alone supercars. If you’re living in any of the metros, you’d know that there is absolutely no space to test your mean machine. Zilch. Nada. The only time one can drive it out for a spin peacefully is perhaps in the wee hours of the night.
These pictures and videos will tell you exactly what I’m talking about. It’s nothing less than heartbreaking to see these supercars in such a condition.
10. $150,000 Porsche 911 Turbo on Fire:
A businessman was driving this Porsche 911 Turbo at about 250 kmph on the Hyderabad Outer Ring Road (other estimates say he could be driving between 150-200 kmph) in the pouring rain on Sunday morning when he lost control. Turns out, water had collected on a turning which led to the car crash. The impact was so severe, that the fuel tank (it’s located in the front for the Porsche 911) burst into flames. The driver managed to escape by and large unhurt.
9. $200,000 Bentley Continental Wasted:
A Crashed Bentley that has been abandoned by what appear to be a high speed crash that severely damaged the roof.
